As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and related work announcements and closures, we want you to know that our staff remains focused on meeting your needs without disruptions in service.

Our team is fully capable of serving our clients while working remotely, and a large portion of our staff is now telecommuting. We also provide flexible scheduling for those who are juggling family responsibilities and/or health concerns during this critical time. As a result, we hope to minimize the impact of COVID-19 here at R/M and maintain our ability to provide the best possible service to our clients through remote meetings, teleconferencing, and the distribution of electronic communications when necessary.

We also understand that our clients may face difficult staffing issues and/or shortages. If you have a specific need that we can assist with, including tasks outside the scope of our regular services, please let us know. Our team is well versed in our client’s operations and we are here to help with utility administration and operation, design, field inspections, GIS management, environment permitting and identification, development review, contract assistance, ordinance assistance, and more.

This situation is fluid and we will continue to monitor it closely. As always, our goal is to provide excellent service while prioritizing the health and safety of our clients, staff, families, and the community at large.
