Many small and mid-sized municipalities struggle with long-term management and proactive maintenance of their utility and public works infrastructure. Data and information may be poorly documented or scattered across several sources, making work and public or regulatory requests for information difficult to fulfill. Ruekert & Mielke has helped with organizations like these for nearly two decades, by providing a streamlined asset and work order management solution tailored to assist local government employees as they serve their community. We work alongside your team to define your needs, develop efficient and accountable operations and maintenance plans, and offer support to set your community up for success.
The latest release of AssetAlly builds on R/M’s proven asset management solution with new enhancements that make it easier than ever for municipalities to track, maintain, and plan their infrastructure. Powered by GIS, the platform delivers centralized, highly accessible data through Esri’s ArcGIS Online environment, with R/M’s GIS and software experts managing the data, maps, and applications behind the scenes. This release expands the ArcGIS environment into a dedicated municipal asset management workspace with improved tools for tracking infrastructure, organizing proactive maintenance, and leveraging data to support both daily operations and long-term planning. These updates are driven by feedback from our long-standing partnerships with cities, towns, villages, utility companies, and sanitary districts, ensuring the system continues to evolve with community needs.
