Jason Lietha, P.E.
Incoming COO
Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. (R/M), a 100% employee-owned engineering firm, has named Jason Lietha, PE, as Chief Operating Officer effective January 1, 2026.
As COO, Jason will guide firmwide operations and delivery to support R/M’s long-term growth and client service. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and has helped advance companywide improvements to R/M’s staff development and project delivery processes.
Jason joined R/M in 2009, bringing over 20 years of civil engineering and municipal consulting experience. He has served as Lead Engineer, Madison Office Manager, and Vice President, overseeing site development and municipal projects throughout Wisconsin. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding R/M’s presence in key markets and mentoring project managers to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
