R/M is happy to announce the appointment of Holly Breien, CPA, MPA, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective March 2nd, 2022. Breien will succeed current CFO, Ken Williams, CPA, following his planned retirement after 33 years of service to the firm.

On behalf of our Board of Directors and employee-owners, I’m pleased to welcome Holly Breien as R/M’s next Chief Financial Officer. Holly is a proven financial leader and expert in her field, and I am confident that her skills and experience will empower her to be tremendously successful in this role.
— Stan Sugden, R/M President

Prior to joining R/M, Breien was a Principal at Vrakas CPAs & Advisors, a local accounting and business advisory firm. She is currently the Director of Finance at R/M, a role Breien’s held since October, 2021, giving her the opportunity to work closely with Williams before his official retirement and Breien’s transition to CFO next month.

Williams has been with R/M since 1988. During his tenure as CFO, he’s helped lead the company through major changes and tremendous growth, including its transition to a 100% employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) in 2015.

Ken is the definition of a servant leader. Thanks to his commitment to R/M’s financial wellbeing, our firm and its employee-owners are well positioned for a prosperous future. We are deeply grateful for Ken’s years of service and the invaluable role he’s played not only in our firm’s fiscal success, but in shaping R/M’s culture and making sure our employees find balance, satisfaction, and fun in their day-to-day work.
— Stan Sugden, R/M President
