Leadership Transition Ushers in New Chapter Starting January 1, 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, Stan Sugden will step down as CEO and transition leadership to Steve Wurster, while continuing to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Stan’s tenure has been marked by transformative milestones, including leading the company’s transition to a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and overseeing the strategic additions of Axiom and Outland Design to the organization. His vision and commitment have shaped the company’s culture and positioned it for long-term success.

On January 1, 2026, Steve Wurster will assume the role of President and CEO. Steve brings a proven leadership style and a deep understanding of the company’s values and operations. Known for his strong leadership style and ability to connect with staff across all levels of the organization, Steve has earned the respect and trust of staff and clients throughout his 26 years with the firm.
Stan expressed his confidence in Steve’s leadership: “Steve is a thoughtful and effective leader.
